What it Takes
Although we won’t go into every last financial detail here, regardless of who we are talking to about an investment in FLOSS, we always get the question of ‘how much?’. So in the most general of terms, what we can say about the cost of a new FLOSS franchise without having a dialogue with you, the franchise fee for a single unit is $50K + a 5% monthly royalty. A turnkey new FLOSS office location costs $505K+.
Every new office will vary in cost given that there are so many factors involved, including the location and associated real estate costs. The franchise fee is a flat fee that FLOSS reserves the right to change as demand for the FLOSS brand grows. Although we will allow owners to invest in additional FLOSS locations for the same franchise fee amount they originally invested in the brand for, new owners may be required to pay more as demand grows.
